Beau are specialists in manufacturing handmade flowerpaste.  Currently they produce over 52 colours – more than one for every week of the year – in stackable 100g pots. The colours are frequently reviewed and updated to reflect current wedding and fashion trends.

They use gum tragacanth in their flowerpaste which the best natural ingredient to work in for fine sugar-floristry. Their flowerpaste is made in their nut-free factory and the gelatine is Hala certified. You can use this flower paste straight from its very own airtight tub; with just a dab of cornflower (anything else just spoils the paste). This flowerpaste rolls out amazingly thin and drys to a delicate china clay finish. This is a must for anyone creating artistically designed celebration cakes and is widely used by creative cake artists and Lynda in her sugar flower classes.
