Back by popular demand our full day Beginners Sugar Flowers Class. We will be making a Cattleya Orchid, Sweet Peas, Carnations, Arum Lilies and a Tiger Lily. This class is all about making sugar flowers and we will not have time to wire them into a spray. The process of colouring paste, cutting, boning, frilling and dusting, steaming, glazing and painting will all be discussed and covered. At the end of the day you will have samples of each flower. This course will give you a good understanding of the basic skills required to produce sugar flowers and will benefit any student considering enrolling on our bridal spray (5-week class), summer class, wedding cake classes or one of our professional qualification couclassesrses (PME Diploma in Sugar Flowers and CAS certificate module 2).
