Cartoon Cake Class

Everything is provided for you, a freshly baked genoese cake will be waiting for you to transform! We also provide a box and board to take your cake home. This is great class if you want to perfect your skills when it comes to novelty cakes. We are opening this class to children above 13

During the class, you will learn how to:

• a 6″ x 6″ portion deep sponge cake
• Cut, Level, fill and crumb coat a cake with buttercream
• Use ganache to produce a stable finish
• Colouring techniques
• Cover a cake in sugar paste (fondant) for a smooth finish
• Create a cartoon effect on cakes
• Make 3D fondant Decorations and finishing touches
