Certificate in Cake Decorating – Module 1 Sugarpaste (CAS) (8 week class)
Our very own diploma Cake Decorating Class. Module 1: Sugarpaste.
CAS is our new cake decorating certificate, designed especially for the beginner. Due to the interest we have received from students wanting to learn the foundations of cake decorating but without the expensive formal qualification, our head of school, senior lecturer, international judge and cake artist Lynda Gilbey, winner of ‘best college’ consecutively at Cake International, has written four modules covering all areas associated within the world of cake decorating and sugarcraft. You can be assured to receive excellent tuition to the highest standard. Lynda has been a senior tutor within the college network for over 25 years, teaching accredited qualifications including City and Guilds, UCLI, CENTRA and ABC AWARDS. Her knowledge and highly qualified background have enabled her to write tutorials for leading Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft magazines opening up her expertise’s to many more than the numerous students who have had the privilege to be taught by her over the past 30 years. This is the first of the four modules which we are offering at a very competitive price.
