We attended both the morning and afternoon sessions and i have to say Its one of the best classes I’ve ever been to. Very knowledgeable and patient tutor who’s skill in teaching ensured we all ended up with very professional looking chocolates. We were taught such a lot that i was elated when we were all given well documented instructions handouts at the end of class (excellent idea). This put the cherry on the top to an enjoyable, excellent value and well organised class. We will be back again and again. Cant praise the tutor enough and the venue is brilliant
