Christmas Sponge Reindeer Cake

We all have had fun over the past months making the mystical unicorn cake, but with Christmas only a few weeks away we thought we would show you how to adapt this popular cake into a magical reindeer. During this class you will be shown how to split, fill and Ganache a 6″ deep sponge cake, cover with sugarpaste to produce a straight edge finish and then have fun creating your own character reindeer. You will have the use of all equipment required, a 6-inch sponge base, all the materials and professional tuition. All you need to bring is a box for your cake an apron and lunch.

This course is held in our new teaching facility The Studio. Free Car parking is available very nearby. We are situated within yards of the local bus station and taxi rank, with only a five-minute walk to Atherstone train station (with an hourly service seven-days-a-week to most locations including London and Crewe). Based in the heart of the Midlands Atherstone is on the main A5 national route and close to the M42 motorway, allowing easy access to Birmingham Airport. The Studio offers an informal relaxed atmosphere and as we only cater for small numbers, it ensures you will get a very close and personal teaching experience.
