For approx. 8″ dia x 2″ (D) cake or 18 cupcakes:
Add 200ml water and four tablespoons of oil to 500g cake mix and mix for one min on slow. Scrape around your mixing bowl then beat for four mins on medium.
Add another 85g of water and beat on slow for two mins. Place mixture into lined cake tin and bake on 170ºC for 45-50 mins.
WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, emulsifiers (E477, E435, E471, E475), dried EGG white, EGG yolk powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey solids (MILK), modified starch (WHEAT), dextrose, salt, stabilisers (xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum), natural flavouring.
Contains WHEAT, EGG and MILK.
