Ganache finish with dribble effect cake class
Do you like the new dribble effect cake or having difficulty with your dribble effect. Then this is the class for you
In this class we will be providing you with
- a 6″ x 3″ deep sponge cake
- ingredients to make a ganache.
- tuition on making ganache
- splitting and filling
- crumb coat
- applying ganache to a straight edge professional finish
- Once set we will explain how to achieve the dribble effect.
To keep costs to a minimum we will not be supplying toppers but ask the student to provide thier own to achieve a beautiful finish.
Please note this class will take all day as we have to wait for the ganache to set before and after use. If you wish to do a deep cake finish please inform us on enrolling so we can calculate additional fees
All materials and use of equipment will be provided in this class except cake toppers (if required). Each student will receive a straight edge scraper to use during lesson and to keep
Please bring an apron, mask, antibacterial spray, kitchen tool and box to take your finish models home safely.
We are unable to serve hot or cold drinks so ask that you bring your own. We will have a lunch break where the student will be asked to leave the premises so staff are able to clean and sterilise. Please make arrangements for your own lunch.
