One of the best things about the Mini Christmas Cakes Class is that you take home five beautiful festive mini fruit cakes. Learn the secrets to decorating these festive mini 2-inch fruit cakes from start to finish including all the stunning Christmas sugar decorations. Absolutely gorgeous as a gift, or alternatively to keep for yourself. Our tutor will be showing you a variety of finishes then you will be let loose to create each one uniquely. You will be provided with 5 x’s 2″ prepaid fruit cakes, then shown how to professionally prepare each with a marzipan layer and complete with a professional Sugarpaste finish. Please note this class is about decorating and not the baking of fruit cakes. if you wish to study baking please email for information on our private 1.2.1 classes

We will provide you with five individual display boxes. All materials necessary to complete this class, including fruit cakes, marzipan, sugarpaste and the use of all specialist cutters/equipment.
Requirements
All you need to bring is an apron and a packed lunch.

This course is held in our new teaching facility The Studio. Free Car parking is available very nearby. We are situated within yards of the local bus station and taxi rank, with only a five-minute walk to Atherstone train station (with an hourly service seven-days-a-week to most locations including London and Crewe). Based in the heart of the Midlands Atherstone is on the main A5 national route and close to the M42 motorway, allowing easy access to Birmingham Airport. The Studio offers an informal relaxed atmosphere and as we only cater for small numbers, it ensures you will get a very close and personal teaching experience.
