Royal Icing covers: –
On this course you will learn: Basic Techniques, Coating, Templates and Scroll Borders, Run Out Motifs, Extension Borders and Lace Design, Brush Embroidery, Cake Balance and Multi-Tiered Cakes, Packaging, Transport and Delivery Costs and Assembly and Presentation.

Please note this is a PME course and as such we expect all students to use only PME equipment when required. The use of counterfeit equipment will not be allowed.

£150 deposit to secure place with payment plan (weekly over the term of lesson) signed before the course deadline,
Refunds will only be given if we cancel the course. If you choose to leave the course at any time no refund will be given, and any outstanding payments must be made according to our instalment policy.

This course is held in our new teaching facility The Studio. Free Car parking is available very nearby. We are situated within yards of the local bus station and taxi rank, with only a five-minute walk to Atherstone train station (with an hourly service seven-days-a-week to most locations including London and Crewe). Based in the heart of the Midlands Atherstone is on the main A5 national route and close to the M42 motorway, allowing easy access to Birmingham Airport. The Studio offers an informal relaxed atmosphere and as we only cater for small numbers, it ensures you will get a very close and personal teaching experience. Places are limited so book today to avoid disappointment!     On behalf of all the class we have to say intense, but well worth the effort. Hardest of all Diploma, but most rewarding. Must be prepared to practice but as always Lynda is a brilliant teacher with the patience of Jove and most experienced, knowledgeable tutor we’ve ever had. See you on ABC next year
